Terms and Conditions for the Raffle of a Feasibility Assay on the Imperacer Platform

1. Organizer The raffle is organized by chimera biotec GmbH, Rigaer Straße 1, 28217 Bremen, Germany.

2. Eligibility Participation is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Employees of chimera biotec GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Participation in the raffle is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or services. Participation is done by filling out and submitting the entry form on the chimera biotec GmbH website.

4. Prize The prize is a free feasibility assay on the Imperacer platform. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Raffle Period The raffle begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on April 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

6. Winner Selection The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. The winner selection will take place on April 12, 2025.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection The personal data collected during the raffle will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the raffle and will be deleted after the raffle is completed. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Legal Recourse Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Liability chimera biotec GmbH is not liable for technical disruptions that occur during data transmission. chimera biotec GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

11. Miscellaneous The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
